"it has been our greatest effort to offer exclusive services and products along with excellent customer service -at a competitive price.  We continuously try to make our clients aware of what is out there...what they can do...what is possible.  The options are really endless- for any size project and at the end of the day, we want our client to feel comfortable with their choice and feel that they have invested their time and money well...

we have set our company apart from others by keeping upto date with available technology, products and trends.  I take the time to meet with all of the sales reps and product vendors- let me know what you have, what you can get, what is the price point and so on.  A few months back, I had been contacted to meet with a regional sales represetitive from one of our industry's largest vendors- from the CR Laurence Comapny.  We got together talked about whats new, whats pending etc in the glass industry.  He asked me some specific questions about what "we do" and what we wished we could offer.  As you are probably finding, I can be quite verbous so I had a long list, ha ha!  The comical part was that about a month later, the CRL company had seemed to take my suggestions!  Finding this to be too much of a coincidence, I called the representitive and asked him.  It was then he told me he was asked to come see us as we are a "key" account and they track what we buy etc to determine the market in our area...I just thought to myself, "really...i figured we were just doing our job". ha ha ha.  May not seem like a big deal to you...but in the glass business, well this seemed like a really big "wow". 

But hey, I just spec the stuff.  Jim is out there presenting our company, our designs and what makes us different.  Not easy in this market, but when they (the client) see what we can offer and how it differs perhaps from others....Jimmy really takes the time with the individual.  Gets to know them, what they are looking for, what have other companies offered that they did or didnt like...yes, he does this with every job- not just projects like this that win AIA awards..even the really small ones!  Jimmy just really wants to know what the client wants, it's never just a "job" to him and he is always on a first name basis.  He'll say "is Carol's shower door in?  They have family coming and they need this bath, c'mon!!!" or "Bob has a c/o this week, where are his handrails" Meanwhile, I tend to only know people by their job address or company name, ha ha.  He is a "people person".  And never does he see any "no can do" situations...nope.  Just challenges to be worked out.  And he does it!"
